Practicing web design

Today, I was just practicing with Dreamweaver to make a design. Obviously, it is still not even at an basic user of Dreamweaver. A website,in practical, only with a header, a marquee message, a navigation bar, seems to suck a lot. Anyway, it's the best way to keep fooling around with codings and design until I got to advanced user level.
